This is the on call center of administration, sales service, laboratory and creative personnel.
Our 33 manufacturing machines include:
Air Knife Coaters- producing coated papers and boards with widths up to 60”;
Foil and Film Laminator/Coaters- Paper weight and paperboard up to 60” wide and 3 pt. to 28 pt calipers;
4- color gravure printer/coater-prints and coats paper and board up to 28 pt.;
Embossing machines- High speed, quick change, textures paper, paperboard, foils, and film products from 3 pt. to 28 pt. A selection of over 300 embossing patterns, giving the best choice of textures in the industry;
Sheeters- Featuring our 60” wide Jagenberg with state of the art ability to track + or – 1/64th of an inch;
Slitter/rewinders- High speed, very accurate slitting and re-winding capable of producing roll OD’s to 60”;
Calander and Trim 4-side knife- making your product with the best possible finish and most accurate dimensions.
