Allow me to expand upon and explain the Hampden Difference in quality assurance.
Our first step in this process is a direct link with all your key members of the purchasing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, QC and any other departments allowed by your company to define and describe your product needs. We consider this step to be of the greatest importance as our purchasing and manufacturing specifications will all spring from our understanding of your productís needs as voiced by you. This information will allow us to design a manufacturing and quality assurance program that will produce a product that will perform for your needs solely.
Our next step is a mirror image of the initial step; however this time it involves Hampden and itís vendors. Coatings or inks or paper or adhesives or any of the ingredients that will make up your finished product will be addressed with our vendors, specifications that will meet our needs to reach the agreed needs arising out of our dialogue with you. Our specifications will then include incoming inspection of the product, R&D pre-machine product assurance, machine selection and inspection rules on line during manufacturing and a finished QC check of spec compliance.
As you can see by the above that Hampdenís QA system is designed to make a product that will work for your machine and marketing needs alone.
This individual engineering of specifications, and the quality control of this product, designed just for you, stands alone in our industry.
